Welcome to Cedarwood! Cedarwood is a summer camp designed exclusively for Junior and Senior High teens. Our summer program is a unique and safe experience designed to address the particular needs and interests of teenagers.
The session dates for summer 2012 are:
Junior High 1- JULY 1-7
Junior High 2- JULY 8-14
Junior High 3- JULY 15-21
Junior High 4- JULY 22-28
Junior High 5- JULY 30- AUG 4 (This session is one day shorter than the rest)
Senior High 1- AUG 5-11
Senior High 2- AUG 12-18
Senior High 3- AUG 19-25

Ages: Our junior high session are for campers who will be entering grade seven in September of 2011 to campers who will be entering grade nine in September of 2011. Senior high weeks are open to campers graduating grade nine and entering grade ten in September of 2011 to campers who are graduating grade twelve.
Fees: Regular Session Fee = $410; JH5 Short Week Fee = $355
NEW! This year for the first time we are also offering a discount to families sending multiple campers (campers can be attending the same or different sessions and still qualify). The reduced discount fee is $30 off each campers registration.
At Cedarwood we strive for excellence in all areas of camp programming and facilities. Our site is located 19km east of Lac du Bonnet on Pinawa Bay. We offer a beautiful camp setting where campers are accommodated in an air-conditioned lodge that is over 31,500 square feet, and includes two theatres, lounges, washrooms, and dining room.
Our team of over 50 on-site staff includes trained counselors and instructors, professional cooks, qualified health care officers, highly trained lifeguards, and creative program staff. Cedarwood is home to a well-rounded skills program with 14 different skills for campers ranging from wakeboarding and skateboarding, to dance and fencing. Medical services are only minutes away, every safety precaution is taken in all areas of the program, and all waterfront activities are strictly supervised. We are an accredited camp with the Manitoba Camping Association, assuring you of high standards in safety and facilities programming.
Campers will also be invited to consider the Christian faith in a practical and personal way. Together we will look at what the Bible says about the person of Jesus Christ, and discuss what this means for our own lives.
